The reels and short films can be a bilingual venture. Secretary DLSA Arpit Srivastava made it clear that reels or short films can't be any obscene, vulgar, derogatory, anti national, defamatory, anti public policy, anti moral conduct.

The content based on the topics as mentioned above ought to be original, creative and innovative instead of copying it from any source or tool reminded the secretary DLSA.

It offers a great chance to law students of showing their passion for law and its intricacies and delicacies.

There is a prize money also 10,000 rupees for the winner and 5,000 rupees for the runner up in each category.

Law college is to submit its two best entries in each category to the district legal services authority between January 21 to February 5.

The district legal services authority is to submit one best entry in each category to the JHALSA between February 6 and February 15.

Human trafficking, drug abuse and drug menace and commercial sexual exploitation are the bane of Jharkhand as its urban areas and rural areas are most vulnerable to it.

Flesh is sold for food and to keep the family going. Drugs are a major source of income here among the young girls and women who entice boys and middle aged people to drug addiction.
