Koderma SP YS Ramesh held a crime review meeting here on Thursday and asked officials to complete investigation and file chargesheet at the earliest and keep a tab on suspected elements. The SP held the meeting at his chamber with departmental officials.
Reviews were held on present law-and-order scenario and arresting of the warrantees implicated in old cases. The SP issued necessary directives to improve crime investigation and plug the loopholes where the progress is lagging.
The SP also listened to the grievances of the police men and directed to sort out the problems of the police personnel.
He distributed the work areas under each police station among individual officials and made them responsible for any crime committed in their area.
ASP Naushad Alam, DSP (headquarters) Chandeshwar Prasad, Ajay Kumar Singh, KP Yadav, Naresh Prasad including all PS incharge were present in the meeting among others.
