Vikas Tiwari an IRB (India Reserve Battalion) jawan is now cooling his head and heels under the Daltonganj police station where he surrendered with his killing weapon Insas rifle with which he mowed down three jawans of IRB at Gurduri in Gumla district on April 9. Tiwary did this in a fit of anger and frustration quoted the daltonganj police officer.
The Daltonganj police station’s Officer In Charge M Thakur has confirmed the surrender of this IRB jawan Tiwary with his killing weapon the Insas rifle. Tiwary has not been sent to central jail Daltonganj as the Gumla police are only competent to get him remanded to jail since the FIr is lodged Gumla said Thakur.
