Nalini Khare (82), mother of Development Commissioner cum Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planning and mother-in-law of Personnel Department principal Secretary Nidhi Khare, took her last breath at the Rajendra Institute of medical Science here on Thursday.
The octogenarian Khare was admitted to RIMS recently after a heart attack. Chief Minister Raghubar Das condoled her death saying that she was a great soul. CM, Chief Secretary Rajbala Verma, senior officials of the State paid homage to the departed soul. The cremation was attended by a large number of people at Harmu Mukti Dham on Thursday. Nalini was survived by two sons Atul Khare, who is working with the United Nations and Amit Khare.
