Members of Akhil Bharatiya Kayasth Mahasabha met Minister of State for Finance Jayant Sinha and handed him a memorandum on Monday.
The delegates requested swift action in harassment dealt by police against lawyer Deepak Kumar Sinha.
They also demanded that a torough investigation of physical assault on NTPC DGM Rakesh Nandan Sahay and legal action against the culprits.
