"In 1952, for the first time after independence, he became the Leader of the Opposition and envisaged a separate Jharkhand State for the first time. Like him, Dishom Guru Shibu Soren also struggled for a long time to form a separate Jharkhand State,” he added.

Oraon said that the State Government of 17 years could not even build a memorial of Marang Gomke, present State Government would talk to his family members and villagers to realize the dreams of Jaipal Singh.

Addressing the gathering on the occasion Badal said that the State Government and his department are constantly working towards realizing the dream of Marang Gomke Jaipal Singh Munda. Necessary steps have been taken by the department to strengthen the condition of farmers, while the process of waiving farm loans has also been started, he added.

The Minister said that Jaipal Singh Munda was the name of a revolution, which has played a leading role at the Country level. Badal met Jayant Singh Munda, son of Jaipal Singh Munda, and asked him to help the Government in reaching schemes to the people so that everyone gets equal rights and played an important role in establishing this village as a model village.

Jayant Singh Munda said that there are 175 houses in this village and there is immense possibility in the field of vegetable and animal husbandry. Badal said that soon initiative will be taken regarding this.

Rajya Sabha MP Dheeraj Prasad Sahu said, while alerting the gathering that ensures the republican form of independent India, Jaipal Singh Munda had said that Adivasis are the most reputed people of this world, so instead of teaching democracy, they should learn democratic thought from them, Jaipal Singh is considered to be the messiah of the tribals of India, not of Jharkhand.
