Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) on Saturday fiercely attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders and said that there has been a lot of panic within the BJP for a few days.
Addressing a press meet on JMM General Secretary, Supriyo Bhattacharya targeted mainly former Chief Minister Babulal Marandi, Raghubar Das, State BJP Chief, Deepak Prakash and Union Minister Arjun Munda. He said that the BJP is in panic and apart from this, the truth of the wrongs committed by the previous BJP Government is being exposed layer by layer. “Momentum Jharkhand under Raghubar Government is a living example of how the State has been kept in a State of confusion. In Momentum Jharkhand, talks were made about signing MoUs with 325 companies, but this did not happen. At the time of organizing Momentum Jharkhand, some companies were called and MoUs were done,” he added.
“JMM had already said that Momentum Jharkhand is the biggest scam in the State of Jharkhand and the same thing happened. The surprising thing is that at that time MoUs were signed with some such companies, which did not exist at all,” said Bhattacharya. He also made many allegations against Deepak Prakash and said that it is under his leadership that the process of unrestrained allegations against the State Government has started. The way Raghubar Das, Babulal Marandi are accusing the head of the JMM Government is the result of anger, he added.
“All the information about what Babulal Marandi did in the country and abroad would be brought to the media soon. Before accusing anyone, they should tell that whose house is in Argora? In whose name is the land taken in the name of party office in Dibdih? The kind of development work done during JMM's tenure of two years and four months is remarkable. The scope of social security and pension has increased,” said Bhattacharya.
The party General Secretary said that the recruitment process has started and BJP leaders are getting scared of this. He advised the BJP leaders not to make unrestrained statements against the tribal CM of the State. He said that the way CM Hemant Soren's election is being challenged and a ruckus is being made about the mine allotted in his name, it is baseless. “It is not a matter of House of Profit, as the Chief Minister did not earn a single rupee from this mine. If the Election Commission also takes any action under the People's Representation Act 1951 under 9A, then the party will approach the Supreme Court,” he added.
“We have faith in the Supreme Court. BJP spokesperson is raising the issue of the Court of Contempt never having seen such political madness before. BJP leaders also object to the construction of a five-storey building at the Sarna site. Hemant Soren is a tribal, so this pain has intensified,” said Bhattachrya.
The party general secretary also made serious allegations against Arjun Munda and said that JMM did the work of bringing Arjun Munda to the school of politics because JMM is the 'kindergarten' school of politics. The party considered Arjun Munda as a Munda tribal. Later the truth came out. He made Bhokta a Scheduled Tribe, he added.
