Even the success rate of mediation of Jharkhand High Court has reached up to 64 per cent which is slightly higher than that of the last year,” said Justice Patel. The purpose of this seminar itself was to understand the decorum of the post of DlSA/ SDlSA Member Secretaries one has been entrusted with, realize the dimension of its work and get going, added the Jharkhand High Court Judge.

“Please carry forward the legacy of JHAlSA as it has been rated under position 1 to 5 among all the states in the Country,” appealed Justice Patel. The Programme was also attended by Gujarat High Court Judge Justice Paresh Upadhyaya, Justice A V Singh, Principal Judicial Commissioner Ranchi Navneet Kumar, Member Secretary NAlSA Alok Agrawal, Jhalsa member Secretary A K Rai along with the other Judges of Jharkhand High Court.

Entire seminar was divided into three sessions --- “Enhancing Quality of legal Representation,” ‘Implementation of NAlSA Scheme and Strengthening of ADR Mechanism,” and “Timely submission of Statistical information in New Formal of NAlSA and full and proper utilization of grants and submission of utilisation certificate in time,” on which the distinguished guests taking part in the programme expressed their views and educated the newcomers what to do and what not to do.

During the training programme, stress was put on providing more and more compensation to the victims.
