On the last Monday of every month CM Raghubar Das holds the ‘Seedhi Baat’ programme at Jan Samvad where he talks to the people of the State directly. During the programme all Deputy Commissioners, Secretaries, nodal officers and concerned officials are connected. Many a times on the spot decisions are taken by CM to resolve problems of the people.
