Jagriti women’s association, an organisation run by the wives of NTPC officers, on Wednesday distributed sweaters and blankets among the HIV +ves patients in Snehdeep Holy Cross Hospital, Hazaribagh.
Sunita Raathi — the president of the association distributed sweets and fruits among the patients and tried to know about this deadly disease. Raathi and other members felt that a massive awareness campaign is needed to check this deadly disease. They promised to start an awareness programme soon. On this occasion officers of NTPC BB Mahapatra, Gulshan Toppo, Mohanlal Yadav and HK Manjhi were also present.
