An interstate bus  met with an accident on the Pipra road near Dobatiya More early morning today resulting in severe injuries to ten passengers while ten others had just the impact of the accident. There is no loss of life.

The interstate bus was from Chhattisgarh's Ambikapur to Bihar's Arrah via Palamu when near the Dobatiya More it went out of control because of the high speed said the cops of the nearest police station Harihurganj.

The place of accident falls under the Pipra police station limits.

Civil surgeon Dr Anil Kumar said  around 20 passengers of the bus reached the community health centre at Harihurganj.

The ten had serious injuries from crushing to fractures of bones.

As Harihurganj community health centre in Jharkhand's Palamu is barely 22 kms away from Bihar's Aurangabad, such limb trauma cases are invariably referred to the nearest higher centre in Bihar Aurangabad.
