An interaction programme named “Manthan” was organized for the officers from E-1 to E-7 level at the Human Resource Development Center. Director-in-charge BSL Amarendu Prakash, ED (Projects) Chittaranjan Mohapatra, ED (Materials Management) A Srivastava, ED (Mines) J Dasgupta along with other senior officers and officers from E-1 to E-7 level attended the programme. In the beginning of the program, General Manager (HRD) Neeta Ba welcomed everyone. After that the director-in-charge administered the safety oath to all.
In the programme, the participants put forward many suggestions related to production, productivity, innovation in methods, safety, waste management etc. in front of the DIC BSL, on which DIC also expressed his views. Further Prakash gave a message to the participants to continuously strive for betterment and innovation in all the dimensions of their field of work. In the program, Manager (HRD) Preeti Kumari and Senior Manager (Mines) Rohit Agarwal informed the participants through a presentation about the performance of Bokaro Steel Plant and Mines respectively. Preeti Kumari, R. Ranjan and SC Murmu played an important role in coordinating the programme.
