The Koderma police has arrested seven miscreants for their alleged involvement human trafficking.The accused were identified as Vijay Kumar, Suresh Kumar, Ramanand Sharma, Vijay Pal and Karampal, all residents of Rewadi, Hariyana including two locals Muniya of Panchgama under Domanch PS and Mohammad Mahtab of Rajdhanwar in Giridh District.
While talking to media on Thursday during a Press conference Sangita Kumari, Superintendent of Police said,“According to the accused arrested, their gang used to take girls from the area and arrange their marriage in the other States.” Muniya confessed that he had taken a village girl and arranged her marriage in Haryana, SP added.
The SP informed that Domachanch Police had arrested the accused on Wednesday and was probing into the matters. ASP Naushad Alam, Sudhir Poddar Domchanch PS incharge was present during the Press conference.
