CHSGP-9 dehydrator rail renovated
The problem of dehydrator rail of Cast House Slag Granulation Plant (CHSGP) No 9 of BSL Blast Furnace No 5 has been resolved. On successful completion of the renovation work, Executive Director (Operations) Atanu Bhowmik congratulated the team members involved in this task. During this, Chief General Manager (Maintenance) DN Mohanty, Chief General Manager (Blast Furnace) Anjani Kumar and other senior officers were present. It is known that in the last few months, due to the problem of dehydrator rail, the normal working of CHSGP No. 9 was getting affected. The completion of this work will increase the quality, production and reliability of CHSGP No 9.
BSL to hold free medical camp
A one-day free mega medical camp will be organized by the Corporate Social Responsibility Department of Bokaro Steel Plant at Madarsa, Bharra on 12 March. In this camp Bokaro General Hospital general practitioner, ophthalmologist, gynecologist, pediatrician, dentist will be present. Height, weight, blood pressure in the camp, as well as pathology tests, will also check for hemoglobin, random blood sugar, urine albumin, urine sugar and pregnancy etc. Apart from this, free medicine and sanitary napkins will also be distributed in the camp. BGH will also be referred for further treatment to cataract, club-foot patients as needed. Patients will also be provided treatment facility by acupressure therapy.
