Sanjay Seth meets Gadkari
Ranchi MP Sanjay Seth on Tuesday met Road Highway and Surface Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari. The BJP MP from Ranchi demanded the Union Minister for construction of road from Piska More to Kutchery Chowk which joins NH 23 and NH 75. Seth claimed that construction of four lane from Bijupara to Piska More has been completed, but the road stretch near Piska More has been left without construction. The MP also listed the inconvenience faced by people due to poor condition of roads.
Workshop at MECON
Workshop on Implementation of Industry 4.0 in Steel Industry was organized on 1st October 2019 by MECON Limited at ISPAT Club, Ranchi by MECON Limited, towards providing a platform for synergetic interaction between professional in steel sectors. Technical sessions were taken by BM Sengupta, DGM (Electrical), PK Dubey, AGM (IT Services). Nandan Mishra and Sudhir Singh Nayak, Algo 8. The session was attended by Atul Bhatt, CMD (MECON), Salil Kumar, Director (Projects), R H Juneja, Director (Finance) and UK Kedia, CVO (MECON) along with delegates from MECON, SAIL, RDCIS, CET and other organizations.
TWS receives award

Durga Puja celebration at SBPS
Durga Puja was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm in the premises of Sarala Birla Public School. The programme commenced with the arrival of ' Nav Durga' with the melodious sound of 'dhaak' followed by a soulful rendition of 'Durga Stuti' by the students which set the mood for the occasion. The presentation also included speech by the students along with the display of 'Nav Durga' highlighting the nine distinct forms of Devi Durga focusing primarily on the concept of 'Shakti'. The holy verses of 'Mahishasur Mardini' were also recited followed by a scintillating dance performance by the students.
SP takes Math, Chemistry classes
Lohardaga SP Priyadarshini Alok conducted classes on mathematics and chemistry for students of class X at Nadia Hindu High School. He also answered many queries and shared some tips with the students. He also urged the students to set a goal in life and that without struggle they cannot reach their goals. “Maths is not a difficult subject. Due to lack of knowledge of formulae, it is said to be a difficult and in life every moment we struggle we it,” said the SP. He also said that with a little hard work good marks can be scored in chemistry. He further mentioned that the purpose of his visit is to create self- confidence in the children.
Gandhi Jayanti at ICFAI University
150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi Celebrated at ICFAI University, Jharkhand, by way of several activities, like a poster competition on Gandhiji’s teachings, seminar on Water Conservation and Swatchhta and awareness campaigns in the neighbouring Simalia village on Swatchhta., On the occasion, villagers were shown short films and audio visuals on the importance of cleanliness and hygiene and how to make them happen in their day-to-day life. Addressing the villagers at a function held in Simalia village, Prof Arvind Kumar, Registrar of ICFAI University, Jharkhand reminded the villagers of the words of Mahatma Gandhi, "Sanitation is more important than independence". ”
