Social worker Gyanu Babu passes away
Renowned social worker of Ranchi Gyan Prakash Budhia Ji alias Gyanu Babu (80), son of Ganga Prasad Budhia, died at his residence on Kanke Road due to cardiac arrest. He was the President of Jagaranathpur Temple Reconstruction Committee, President of Ganga Prasad Budhia Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Morabadi, and Chairman of Ranchi Gaushala Trust, Trustee of Jadia Devi Budhia Trust, Manav Seva Sangh-Vrindavan. About 35 years ago, when the main building of the Jagarnathpur temple collapsed, then the chief servant of the temple, Thakur Radhe Shyam Shahdev Ji requested him and entrusted the responsibility of the chairman of the reconstruction committee. With the help of body, mind, money and society, he successfully performed the task of rebuilding the temple of Jagarnath Swami with the power given to him by the Lord.
