HEC has signed a protocol with CNIITMASH of Moscow, — parent material science organisation of the State atomic energy corporation Rosatom, for technical collaboration for manufacture of items for steel plant, thermal and nuclear power plant as well as technical assistance in modernization of HEC.
It has also been agreed that CNIITMASH will help HEC in establishing a centre of excellence in the areas of Welding technology, Non-destructive testing, Gear manufacturing and ESP technology.
For the above, technical audit will be done by CNIITMASH shortly after furnishing the necessary information by HEC and signing of Memorandum of Understanding in this regard.
The protocol was signed by Avijit Ghosh, CMD and Kushal Saha, Director (Production) from HEC side And Vladimir E Mikhailov, Director General of CNIITMASH on March 25th in Moscow.
An HEC team led by Avijit Ghosh, NK Singh and J Mukherjee are visiting Russia for exploring business opportunities and technological collaboration with various companies at Russia.
