The Government on Tuesday announced that Governor Droupadi Murmu has given her nod to the Jharkhand Freedom of Religion Bill, 2017 and the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 amendment Bill 2017 that were sent to her after being passed from the Assembly. The Bill will be soon notified by the Government, while the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 amendment Bill 2017 would be sent to the President of India through proper process for his approval, stated a release issued by the CM’s Secretariat.
