German Ambassador to India Dr Philipp Ackermann and Economy Counsellor met Chief Minister Hemant Soren today at the Chief Minister's Residential Office. On this occasion, various topics and aspects related to development in various sectors were discussed between them. The German Ambassador said that Germany and Jharkhand have a lot of similarities especially regarding coal mining and production, in such a situation, Germany is keen to increase cooperation with Jharkhand for the development of coal based industries.
The Chief Minister apprised the German Ambassador about the possibilities of industrial investment in Jharkhand. He said that in this direction, the state government is constantly establishing contact with industrial groups of the country and abroad and its positive results are also coming out. The CM told the German Ambassador that the government will provide full support to German investors investing in India. The German Ambassador invited Chief Minister Hemant Soren to Germany in future. Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Avinash Kumar was also present on this occasion.
