Tightened the noose of Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) Bokaro Deputy Commissioner issued a fresh deadline of January 15 to submit the documents related to the permission and affiliations.
Earlier twenty companies were issued the directive to submit the needful documents by January 6 but only 12 were turned up on Monday. The representatives who failed to meet are M/s Kolkato Weir Private ltd, Welfare Group of Companies, Basil International, Sai Prasad Private ltd., Golden Parivar Companies, Kibuj Matual Benefit Corporation, Angel Group and Companies, Fortuner Jillage Service ltd, Officials informed. Notably, in the recent past, many financial institutions have grabbed the public money and leave them in lurch. The State Government has directed the district administration to keep tabs on the NBFCs to prevent incidents of cheating.
Following the directive, district officials asked the companies to submit the permission letters for running their offices. Despite given time majority of them failed to submit the documents saying the papers were with their headquarters, said the official.
