Former Bihar CM Jitan Ram Manjhi who also is the chairman of ST/SC welfare committee of Bihar assembly in a letter to union Home Minister Amit Shah has requested for justice to former Tamar MLA Raja Peter.
Manjhi in his letter has also given some facts that were provided to him by jailed leaders wife Aarti Kumari who met him and requested to plead for her husband .According to Aarti her husband was deliberately being implicated in the murder case of Ramesh Singh Munda .This case is now being investigated by the NIA.
Aarti met Manjhi along with Prabhakar Prasad state president of NCP Yuva Morcha at his Patna residence with related documents . After going into facts narrated by Aarti the former CM wrote a letter to the union home minister.
Prabhakar Prasad earlier in the month of April too had met Manjhi and had requested to raise voice for justice towards Peter while Manjhi was in Dhanbad to attend a private function.
