Reviewing the works under Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS)and Central Sector Plan Schemes (CSPS) in the State, Principal Secretary of Personnel department cum State Nodal Officer of CSPS Nidhi Khare today said that all departments should send desired proposal/utility certificate/audit report as per the outlay to the Center and complete the process of getting the funds by November 30. She said that if a department fails to obtain the earmarked fund under CSPS and CSS, the whole department will be held responsible for it and the matter will be reported to Chief Secretary of Jharkhand and Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
Khare said that the website of the Union government related with these schemes should be viewed everyday and information should be collected for preliminary preparation in order to implement the scheme. She said that the Principal Residence Commissioner deputed at Jharkhand Bhawan, New Delhi has been directed to coordinate with the Union govt. with regard to these schemes. Hence the Principal Residence Commissioner must be intimated about the problems in release of the funds so that he can coordinate with the Union government. She directed to correspond with the Union govt. at higher authority level reminding this.
Khare said that all concerned departments have been directed to work with respect to implementing the schemes parallel so that work can be completed. She also directed the implementing agencies to submit utility certificate after completing the scheme.
She said to all the concerned departments to provide all details about earmarked funds, expensed funds, utility certificate and problem arising in getting the remaining funds in the next meeting.
