A felicitation ceremony was organized for the officers and employees retiring in the month of June 2023 on 30.6.2023 at Jubilee Hall, Koyla Nagar. The program was presided over by Samiran Dutta, CMD, BCCL. All the retiring officers were present on the dais along with the CMD and were felicitated by Murali Krishna Ramaiah, Director (Personnel), Udayanant Kavale, Director (Technical), Rakesh Kumar Sahay, Director (Finance) and Aman Raj, Chief Vigilance Officer. CMD, BCCL while addressing the employees on the occasion congratulated all the senior retiring employees and thanked them for their special contribution and tireless services in the progress of the company.
It is worth mentioning that along with other officers of BCCL, Sanjay Kumar Singh, Director (Technical-Operations) of the company has also retired on June 30 itself. In his honor CMD Samiran Dutta along with all the directors wished him a healthy and prosperous life and appreciated his contribution in the excellent performance of BCCL.
The CMD in his address said that BCCL has created an unprecedented record of Highest Coal Production, Highest OBR and Highest Coal Dispatch for the first time since its inception in April-June quarter. Sanjay Kumar Singh has made a special contribution in this as Director (Technical).
Bidyut Saha, General Manager (Personnel/HR), D.K. Behra, General Manager (Office Establishment), Surendra Bhushan, Head of Department (Administration) etc along with officers and employees of various departments of BCCL were also present. The programme was coordinated by Udayveer Singh, Head of the Department (Public Relations).
