A farewell ceremony was held for the employees retiring from Bokaro Steel Plant in the month of January 2021 in the main auditorium of Human Resource Development Center. The chief guest at the function was Chief General Manager (Human Resource Development) BS Popli.
At the beginning of the ceremony, the Senior Manager (Personnel-Final Settlement Cell) Dr. Nanda Priyadarshini welcomed all the visitors and she presented information related to the final settlement, details related to Maitri Bhavan and bio-data of every retiring employee and officer. Manager (Personnel) Sunita Jha was present as the preferred representative on the occasion.
Popli congratulated the retired workers for their sincere service and wished them a happy life. He also presented service certificates and gifts to the retired workers. In January 2021, a total of 14 executives and 116 non-executives retired from BSL.
