“Arrange at least three meetings with the junior officers and members of engineering department to speed up the development works going on in your blocks,” ordered DC Mukesh Kumar to the senior officials of all the blocks of Hazaribagh district on Tuesday. Kumar told the officials to ensure the attendance of their junior officers and staffs. On your recommendation their salary will be released. He advised the block officials to invite people’s representatives in the meetings with junior officers, AE, JE. to make them aware about the developments.
DC Mukesh Kumar also directed to organise atleast one Janta Darbar in the blocks every month to directly hear the problems of the villagers. He also advised the senior officers to make surprise visits of the development sites to keep eye on the quality of items used. He also directed the officials to make the panchayat buildings colorful, ensure payment of labors at time and at site, services included under e-district can easily be affordable to the common people. DDC, AC, SDO, lRDC, IAS JeeshanKamar, SDO Hazaribagh and Barhi, DSO, DWO and officials of blocks were present.
