Chief Minister Raghubar Das issued orders to dismiss the then Executive Engineer of Works division of Rural Works department, Yadvendra Singh for acting in contravention to the service rules and for siphoning off money for personal interest. Singh was also in-charge of NREP, Ramgarh.
The sacked Executive Engineer was accused of misappropriating funds of MlA fund, Mukhyamantri Vikas Yojna, MPlAD schemes beside, funds of Welfare Department, Health department and Art, Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs department.
Notably, Singh was suspended on July 28, 2015 and posted as Superintending Engineer Headquarter, Ranchi Division of Road Construction department.
