The State excise department has invited online applications for the second round of settlement of private retail liquor shops.
A total of 258 retail shops including 65 country liquor shops, 95 foreign liquor shops and 98 composite shops have to be settled in the second round.
These 258 shops are being divided in 169 groups and the applicants will be able to apply only for the groups and not individual shops.
Excise commissioner Bhor Singh Yadav informed that online application can be filled up on https://jhexcise.neml.in from 10 am on May 7 to 5 PM on May 13.
The settlement of the shops will be done through e-lottery system on May 14.
