In a bizarre incident a Govt body guard provided to former Minister Baijnath Ram opened fire at a Health Inspector at Ranchi Railway Station, who luckily escaped unhurt. The bodyguard named Vijay Rajak was immediately arrested by GRP and an FIR was lodged against him.
