ESIC Model Hospital-Namkum, Ranchi organised a medical camp in collaboration of First Aid Post-FFP/HEC for the contract workers working in Foundry Forge Plant of Heavy Engineering Corporation limited, Ranchi on Wednesday. The ESIC Team consisted of Dr. BD Kumar, Dr. Prashant Kumar, Dr. Kashmira Jilani supported by staff nurse Renu Bara, Sonal Priyanka Topno, Prema Kachap along with Dilip Kumar-Pharmacist and nursing orderly Ranjeet Kumar and Umesh Kumar. The FFP Team was led by Dr. RPS Mishra Medical Officer and his medical support staff Nirmal Kumar Singh, Shivas Kumar and Pushen Roy.
The medical examination drive is conducted for the factory personnel regularly. ESIC conducted the medical examination of the contract workers deployed in FFP who are having membership of ESIC. In the medical camp around 250 contract workers were examined. ESIC also dispensed medicine also.Dr. A.K.Dash, General Manager-FFP inaugurated the medical camp. A.C. Deogharia, General Manager (P&A) Head Quarter-HEC visited the camp and appreciated the dedicated services given by both the teams.
