A local resident Vidhya Hembrum, who was distressed with her husband’s (Kunal Hembrum) discourteous behavior, wanted to call-off her marriage but financial crisis was restraining her from knocking the court’s door. However, a friend referred Vidhya to the Mediation centre in Ranchi where she can file her case free of cost.
