The Pentecostal Assembly School hosted a Career Guidance Seminar in the school premises on 27th August, 2022. During this occasion students of secondary and senior secondary had the opportunity to meet eminent personalities from the fields of Law, Aviation, Medicine, Finance Sector, Corporate World and Tourism Industry. The esteemed panel of guest speakers included Justice Ananda Sen. (Judge Ranchi High Court), Captain Abhishek Mukherjee (Senior Pilot Air India). Dr. Gurucharan Banerjee (Homeopathy Doctor) Partha Dasgupta (Executive VP, MNC) Sanjay Kumar Das (Supervisor at Indian Tourism Development Corporation) and Udit Ranjan Gupta. (Sr. Manager Account & Stores).
The programme started with a word prayer by CAO Madam, Rita Prasad. Principal Dr. Karuna Prasad welcomed the guests. Students presented bouquets and thank you cards to them. A prayer song was sung by students of grade 11. A skit on "Today's Youth’’ was also presented by students of class 9-B. The dignitaries shared their experiences, ideas and insights about the practical life of their respective fields. They emphasised on the importance of setting personal goals and their encouraging words motivated students to analyse all the options and choices for suitable careers and to follow up their dreams. It is noteworthy that all the guest speakers were once students of CAO Rita Prasad. At a time when all prepare to honour teachers for TEACHER’s DAY, there could be no better gift for a teacher to have one generation of her students share their success story with another generation.
