PNS

Today is the era of technology. With changing times, technology is also changing. In such a situation, every person has to be skilled. If you have the skill, then you will be in demand in the market and you will get better employment options and opportunities, otherwise you will be left far behind by the times. In such a situation, enhance your skills and make them an important part of your life,” said Chief Minister Hemant Soren while inaugurating Birsa Yojana and Employment Promotion Allowance and Transport Allowance distribution program under Chief Minister Sarathi Yojana at Aryabhatta Auditorium in capital Ranchi on Saturday.

The CM said that the government has started this scheme for the skill development of the rural youth here. Earlier where you had to move to big cities for skill development training, but now you will be able to do skill development course free of cost in the field as per your wish in the Birsa center being opened in your block itself. Not only this, you will also get employment incentive allowance and transport allowance, so that you can enhance your skills in a better way.

The CM said that it is our resolve to make Jharkhand a skilled youth. In this episode, the government is working to improve the skills of literate, illiterate, less educated and highly educated youth. I believe that today being skilled along with education is no less than a master's degree. Today, after doing MBBS and B Tech courses, you will get a job, but for a good opportunity, you also have a management degree.

He said that Jharkhand is a labour-dominated state. Lakhs of labourers here are working in other states. But, even after this, in the last two decades neither any kind of sympathy was seen towards the labourers nor any schemes were made for them. Their interests continued to be ignored. But, our government is running many schemes for the welfare of the labourers with full sensitivity, whether the labourer is working in the state or in other states or abroad. The government is protecting the interests of all the labourers.

The CM said that today large-scale recruitment is taking place in Jharkhand. Thousands of posts have been filled in many departments. The recruitment process is going on for many posts. Now an advertisement for 26 thousand teachers has been released. At a time when government recruitment is shrinking across the country, we are hiring youth in a big way. He also said that so far more than 20,000 youths have been provided employment in the private sector also due to the efforts of the government. Our effort is to give work to every hand.

Encouraging the young men and women selected for skill development at Birsa Center, the Chief Minister said that after getting training from here, you become a youth icon of your field and play the role of a guide, only then other boys and girls will also come forward to do skill development course.

During the programme, the Chief Minister interacted directly with the young men and women selected for training at the Birsa Center to be opened in one block each of Bokaro, Chatra, Garhwa Sahibganj and West Singhbhum districts. On this occasion, he symbolically transferred Rs 13 lakh 9 thousand 5 hundred as employment incentive allowance to the bank accounts of 1039 trainees and Rs 11 lakh 87 thousand 840 to 2178 trainees as transport allowance.
