Veteran lawyer Ram Jethmalani on Friday said that parting ways with National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will ultimately harm Janata Dal (United), while the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will be in profit.
He also said that the recent appointment of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi as the Chairman of the party's election campaign committee will definitely prove to be beneficial for it provided the BJP extends full support to Modi in the coming elections. "I have no regrets for parting ways with the BJP, the party will have to pay for its deeds," He said.
Jethmalani however, kept his mouth shut on the question of his chances of joining lalu's RJD with a big smile on his face.
