To become a leader, live a quality life with good health and cheer’, Vinaytosh Mishra, DIG, CISF, Bokaro urged the students. He was addressing to a Guest Speaker Program organised by DPS Bokaro on Friday.

Mishra said that failure to achieve an immediate goal was very inconsequential to a fruitful life.

Appreciating the sense of ambition among the students Mishra, acknowledged that strong challenging attitudes and aspirations will always help students to achieve higher goals. It was an enriching interactive session which began with students expressing the goals of their life. He remarked that “Even those who would not make it can build a successful life for themselves, if they identify their passion.”

Mishra emphasised the need to respect every profession, first by the person in vocation himself. He cited the example of Steve Jobs, as one who rose in life through difficulties and struggles.

He also stressed upon the miracles of good health and sports. The bottom line he insisted was that short term goals are rather stepping stones to something bigger in life. He permitted the students an insight into the nuances of the job profile of officers of his cadre and satiated their queries.

Mishra guided the students on developing the skills of scientific thinking, reasoning, ideas and presence of mind to tackle interviews at various levels of competitions.
