The founder Principal of Delhi Public School, Bokaro MS Tyagi visited DPS, Ranchi as a guest on Sunday. Tyagi had also worked as the Principal of DPS, Ranchi for a day at the time of its inauguration 25 years ago.
Tyagi showed a great sense of enthusiasm and belongings towards DPS, Ranchi and felt nostalgic remembering the initial days of the school when he had visited here. He thoroughly examined the entire school campus, everything from the laboratories, libraries, art room, auditorium, administrative block and more.
Along with this, the newly built conference room for the purpose of holding seminars, meetings, discussion, etc. was inaugurated by the former Principal. He said that having a conference room in the school is a real innovative idea as it will help in organizing several meetings with ease.
While visiting the campus, he praised the fine infrastructure of the school and also appreciated the well-maintained garden inside the school. Besides this, Tyagi congratulated the current Principal Ram Singh and teachers and everyone associated with the school for the extraordinary result in AISSCE and CBSE-2016.
He said that it was indeed a remarkable achievement for DPS, Ranchi to attain such glory as the results of the school has been the best in the state. In addition to this, he also emphasised on the result of DPS, Ranchi in comparison to other Delhi Public Schools in the country.
He expressed his happiness and delight and once again congratulated the entire family of DPS, Ranchi to have achieved a result better than DPS, RK Puram, New Delhi, one of the well-known schools across the nation. He also mentioned that it was indeed an accolade for DPS, Ranchi to be successful in bagging 97th All India CBSE Rank.
He said that achieving this goal has been possible only because of the leadership of the present Principal, whose dedication for his school has worked wonders for the students as well as teachers to think out of the box and stand out in the crowd.
The Principal as well as the staff of the school expressed gratitude to him for visiting the school and motivating everyone for
the future growth and
prosperity.
