To fasten the implementation of development plans a meeting of development coordination committee was organized in the head of DC Manjunath Bhajantri at Abhilasha hall. In the meeting DC thanked all the officials for successful conduct of Panchayat election and assembly bypoll and wished for New Year.
DC told that by cooperation of all a new chapter has been added. Keeping the biting cold in view it was instructed to make arrangements for burning woods at each Chowk, hospitals and public places. The head of electricity department was instructed to do survey to ensure the connection of electricity in each govt office.
The land preservation officer was instructed to solve the pending matters soon. The fishery officer was instructed to start the fishery in Victoria pond and Thakurain pond. The COs of the blocks were instructed to solve out all the hurdles in land acquisition for road construction and complete the final survey for construction of bypass road. The executive officer of municipal office and NBA coordinators were directed to complete the construction of remaining 4058 toilets under clean India campaign. The executive engineer of special sub division officer was directed to complete the construction of health centers. The works of Anganwadi centers and old aged centers and composite control rooms were said to be completed. In education department and Anaganwadi centers the cooks and committee members were said to be replaced and do recruitment with transparency. The DSWO was instructed to fasten the process of data feeding and mend the wrongly made Antyodaya cards with considering the complaints of the people under food security system. The district operation team will vigil at each office and block suddenly. In the meeting SDO, director, DRDA, DPO, and the block and circle level officials were present.
