The newly appointed Deputy Commissioner of Hazaribagh Sunil Kumar held a review meeting of progress of different schemes in the conference hall today. In this meeting officers of different departments presented the reports of their departments.
DC found that out of the total 1079 plans under IAP ( Integrated Action Plan) 929 plans have been completed and work on rest 170 plans is in progress. According to the information, Hazaribagh district have received Rs 85 crores for IAP plans out of which 63 crores have been spent. He said that the schemes must be completed on war level.
In the meeting, DC instructed all the agencies to work at a great speed and complete the pending Government plans in the district. He also instructed the District Engineer of the District Board to complete all the projects within the month of July. It has come to the notice that in the district board 24 plans coming under IAP is pending.
DC instructed the engineers whenever they have to demand the amount of money for plans they must fill up the prescribed Performa with the up to date expenses and Xerox of measurement book attached with it. He also said that the list of complete and the under constructed Aangan bari Kendra must be submitted to the District Social Welfare officer and health sub centers to the civil surgeon.
Sunil Kumar added that the schemes which have been completed should be handed over to the concerned departments within a week. He also reviewed the progress of DRGF and tourism schemes. He instructed that the progress of schemes must be submitted by the concerned departments with the latest photo of the site and xerox of measurement book.
DDC (Deputy Development Commissioner) Ravindra Prasad Singh, Additional Collector Sekhar Verma, District Welfare Officer Jugnu Minz, District Planning officer Ajay Kumar, Executive Engineer Minor Irrigation , Executive Engineer Water and Sanitation department, Executive engineer special division , Soil Conservation Survey Officer, Executive Engineer REO were present.
