A meeting on development and integration was held at the Collactorate in chaired by DC Manjunath Bhajantri. In the meeting the effective running of the welfare plans was discussed.
DC took minute details of the ambitious Peshrar Action Plan and said to submit the reports to the concerned officials within three days. The direction was given to close the records of MGNREGA plans of economical year 2009-10 and 2010-11 of MIS. The plans of economical year 2011-12, 1012-13 and 2013-14 were discussed Panchayat wise. The prolonged and ineffective plans were said to be closed with records.
The BDOs said that the MIS entry in ration 40:60 is being recorded in MGNREGA plans. But there are many problems practically. The plans at last step would be completed by construction materials. The expenditure in this is more that wages and this is logical.
DC directed the DDC to get the information by MGNREGA commissioner by correspondence. For DBT plans the Adhhar cards must be taken. The Indira Aaawas plans those have not been completed were instructed to get completed. For attendances of Rojgar Sewak, Jan Sewak, Panchayat Sewak and all the employees of the CO offices the AEBAS system is essential. Incase of leave the action will be taken against them.
The DC also visited Baxi Dipa of Senha block today. He took stock of the problems in construction of Ring road.
The15 families requested the DC not to take their lands and shift them somewhere else. DC told them that the Ring road is prime essential for the district and any change in the plan will only be considered by the experts of this plan.
Although he assured them to consider the matter on passionate ground and action will taken on the last decision of the committee. During the visit AC Awdesh Kumar Pandey, SDO Saurabh Kumar Sinha, CO Senha lily Anola Ekka and many villagers accompanied him.
