In order to help district administration to support medical infrastructure requirements during second wave of Covid-19 effectively & to sustain fight against the epidemic, Bokaro unit of Indian cement major Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited Unit head, Priya Ranjan, handed over a check of 10 lakh rupees to DC Bokaro Rajesh Kumar on behalf of the company.
The Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Kumar appreciated and said that this kind of support during such critical phases is truly commendable efforts from the industrial sector & district administration welcomes them heartily. During this occasion AK Pathak, Civil Surgeon Bokaro, Shashi Prakash Singh SDO Chas, Jharkhand Dalmia Head Corporate Affairs Rajiv Kumar Sinha and CSR Head Umesh Prasad were present.
Reiterating its commitment to assist the state government in its fight against COVID 19, DCBL has already contributed Rs.50 lakhs in Chief Minister’s Relief Fund of the state to help the people during lock down last year.
