In order to present a humane face before the public, Jharkhand Police is to impart training programme among the policemen telling them what will be their conduct while dealing with the people.
DGP Rajiv Kumar talking to the media said that the year 2014 will be observed as ‘Training year’ where police personnel will be trained to present a good face before the public as well as other technicalities of the department so that they can deliver their maximum output.
“Year 2014 will be observed as training year by the Jharkhand Police where trainings throughout the year will be given to the police personnel especially regarding their behavior with the public so that a positive image of police goes among the people,” said the DGP. Apart from that, they will also be imparted training to make them efficient for a better policing.
The DGP also said that training in several fields including both behavioral and technical will be imparted to all the police personnel to get maximum output from them.
