Congress should play positive Opposition’s role: Shahdeo

PNS

State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) said on Monday that after getting crushing defeat in the election, the party had asked that Congress should play positive role of Opposition but the Congress leaders are still spitting venom on BJP leaders.

Speaking on the issue, State BJP Spokesperson Pratul Shahdeo said that there is drama going on at Congress theatre. “Several leaders are resigning from their post. First of all, Congress Party’s National president Rahul Gandhi tendered resignation then retracted. Now Jharkhand State Congress Chief resigned from his post along with some party chiefs from other States,” he added.

“This is effort to distract people’s eye from the defeat of the party. Just three day earlier Ajoy Kumar had said through twitter that we have to go a long distance now. How his journey was ended very soon. Just before the State Assembly Elections Ajoy Kumar ran away from the battlefield,” said Shahdeo.

Criticising the Congress Shahdeo said that it seems that Congress will be wiped out in the State Assembly elections. “Ajoy Kumar should learn from BJP State Chief Laxman Gilua who is attending all party programme after getting defeated in the election. Congress should left drama and play a role of empowered opposition,” he added.
