Principal Secretary of Personnel and Administrative Reforms department Nidhi Khare directed officials to complete verification work of Human Resource Management System (HRMS) data by November 15. Khare was reviewing the development of data verification and role assignment of verification officers at Project Building in Ranchi under HRMS.
Khare also directed the officials to complete the data lock process of employees by October 31, 2016 positively. “Strict action will be taken against those who fail to complete the work,” she said.
The Principal Secretary also asked the nodal officers to take out the break up and complete the personal data entry work by identifying the employees. Nodal officers of Power and Disaster Management departments told that there was a mismatch in the data. Khare asked district level PMU to resolve the issue.
Reviewing the role assignment work for data verification, the Principal Secretary expressed displeasure over those who did not completed their work positively. She said that it was highly disappointing that despite two workshops were organised in the month of August and September where one to one technical support was also provided to the Nodal officers, the work could not be completed so far.
Khare directed the Nodal offices to expedite the data entry work and asked them to contact the district level PMUs immediately for any kind of technical support.
