Several companies in the city are now focussing on cutting cloud costs and making them more effective.
Meanwhile, deeptech startup Invincible Ocean has unveiled CloudTuner.ai, a generative AI-driven platform designed to help startups and enterprises reduce cloud expenses and improve security visibility. The SaaS platform supports all major cloud providers—including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, and Kubernetes—through a unified, read-only dashboard that requires zero write access, ensuring live configurations remain untouched.
“We’ve been building CloudTuner for over two years,” said Ajay Setia, Founder and CEO of Invincible Ocean. “Working closely with infrastructure-heavy teams—especially in R&D—we noticed that most cloud expenses remain invisible until they balloon. CloudTuner was built to bring those hidden costs to the surface, while being incredibly simple to use.”
As organizations increasingly adopt multi-cloud and hybrid environments, they often face challenges such as scattered infrastructure, rising cloud bills, and compliance blind spots. CloudTuner addresses these by offering a cloud-agnostic, AI-native assistant that is fast to deploy and easy to integrate.
CloudTuner’s core offering lies in its ability to deliver AI-generated, actionable checklists for both cloud cost optimization and security hygiene, eliminating the need for dedicated FinOps or SecOps teams. The platform has been designed to act as a non-intrusive assistant, quietly analyzing infrastructure usage in the background and surfacing hidden costs before they spiral out of control.
CloudTuner also emphasizes data sovereignty and privacy—using services like AWS CloudWatch to pull insights without exporting data outside the customer’s environment. A free Proof of Concept (PoC) is now available for early adopters, allowing companies to evaluate the platform's impact before full-scale rollout.
