A help desk for the beneficiaries of Contributory Post Retirement Medicare Scheme (CPRMS) was inaugurated at Darbhanga House, CCL Headquarters, Ranchi by CMD, CCL PM Prasad. CPRMSE is an ambitious scheme of Coal India Limited for the superannuated employees of the company.
Director Technical (Operations) VK Srivastava, Director Technical (P&P) Bhola Singh, Director (Finance) NK Agrawal graced the event. Vinay Ranjan Director (Personnel), CCL joined the launch virtually. CMS CCL Dr DKL Chowhan along with Dr VK Singh, Dr Mita Paul, Dr Ratnesh Jain, Dr Anjana Jha, Dr Suman Singh, Dr Utpala Chakraborty along with General Managers and HoDs of the various departments of CCL HQ and other doctors were present on the occasion. All the protocols related to Covid Pandemic were adhered.
The help desk will provide the superannuated employees an opportunity to obtain any kind of information concerning CPRMS scheme from their residences. The help desk number is 8987784106, which will be operational during the office hours. Speaking on the occasion CMD Prasad stated that superannuated employees are a part of the Coal India family.
He further added that the company is committed to provide all the assistance needed by these employees. He said that under the guidance of Union Coal Minister Pralhad Joshi, CCL, along with the other subsidiaries of Coal India limited, are committed to fight the Covid pandemic and provide every kind of relief available to the citizens. He expressed his gratitude to the Government of Jharkhand for their full support.
