CM Hemant Soren provided home to 28 orphans at Deaf and Dumb school campus at Harmu which is run by Social Welfare Department.
After the flag hosting ceremony at Morhabadi on August 15 CM had celebrated the Independence Day with orphan children of the Cheshire Home and Aanchal Shishu Aashram Kishoreganj.
After seeing that 28 children,15 girls and 13 boys, were any how accommodated in a single room, where they don’t even had proper space to study and sleep he was quite moved. The CM inaugurated the new home for 28 orphans on September 12 at Deaf and Dumb school premises in which there are 6 rooms and then inspected all the rooms and kitchen of the school.
Meanwhile the principal of the school laxman Chaudhary informed CM that in the school study is conducted upto class 7 only due to which children are unable to complete their studies.After this immediately CM ordered to send a proposal to the Education Department to upgrade the school.
