Palamu administration had had its anxious moments here today at the Chiyanki air strip where a mini chopper looking like a small air craft touched the helipad which was to be kept free of any flying machine.
Sources said minutes after its touching down here when the two crew men came out of the cockpit there rushed DC Shantanu K Agrahari and SP Indrajeet Mahatha there inquring about as to how this chopper touched down here at this helipad.
Conversation between the crew and the district officials could not be heard because of strict maintenance of distance in the high security zone but a few officials of the administration begging anonymity just dared said “All this discussion is in regard to this landing of this flying machine at this helipad.” None could explain the specific reason for this saying, “It should not have been here.”
It appeared true as well since after some calls made on cell phones by top of the district administration DC and SP again reached the crew and held parleys with the crew members. Sources said within five minutes of this second round of parleys this chopper took off from there.
Official sources said this chopper had brought in two secretaries Vinay Choubey and Puja Singhal. One other secretary social welfare Amitabh Kaushal reached Chiyanki by road. CM’s chopper will land at Daltonganj police line this evening while Governor’s chopper will land there on Saturday at the same police line ground.
