Chief Secretary Rajbala Verma today gave 12 point tasks to DCs. Verma is leaving for Japan on October 10 after her return she will review the progress of the works on October 16. The CS directed to allot work to all DDCs, ADCs and BDOs and fix their responsibility.
The CS asked DCs to ensure cent per cent entry of all commercial court entries, holding and plot number entries under Ease of Doing Business. She asked to resolve issues relating to industry, pollution control and energy compositely. She also asked to ensure that 30-40 per cent families download the sanitation app in every district.
Verma said that ODF campaign should not slow down and active officers and staff should be promoted. She laid stress that Hazaribagh, Zamtara, Khunti, Sahibganj and latehar must be made ODF by December of this year. She also said to complete the target of 2 lakh houses by November 15. All DDCs will be made accountable for the same.
Under the Prime Minister’s Digital literacy, the CS said that 100 people should be made literate on panchayat and block level by November 15. CSC Manager and his team of DeGS should be made responsible for this.
