M FAIYAZ AHMAD

Chatra MP Sunil Kumarr Singh has hailed the union budget as the greatest of all time budget which India has seen in the past.

He expressed his profound gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman for such a progressive and determined budget at a time like this when Coronavirus has upset the entire globe.

In a three page note of appreciation the MP, who is known for his sharp financial vision, termed the budget as one which will carry India and its people forward despite numerous challenges around health.

The MP has focused on the post offices which very few politicians bother for. He said India has 1.5 lakh post offices which will be functioning on the pattern of banks from this year.

The MP knows that poor people love going to the post office more than the glassy, classy and cozy bank. The MP talked about the Mota Anaj year, which is to commence in 2023.

Sources said his Chatra parliamentary constituency is rich in mines and minerals and he in his note spoke of the capital gains.

He didn't say that the union finance minister made no announcement for the income tax slab; rather he put it in another way that despite the Coronavirus the country did not impose more income taxes.

The MP talked about solar energy and 5G but was most careful while giving his marks on the budget dealing with the core issues of farmers.

Chatra MP's closest aide Amit Tiwary circulated the copy of admiration of the budget issued by Sunil Kr Singh.
