Charges were framed against Anamika Nandi and Firoz Ansari on Tuesday at the court of additional Judicial Commissioner JPN Pandey in the infamous Sanjeevani Buildcon fraud.
Nandi is the second wife of Sanjeevani Buildcon Private limited managing director and prime accused J.D. Nandi while Farooq Ansari was an aide of Nandi, also involved in the scam.
“Charges were framed against Anamika Nandi and one Firoz in the Sanjeevani scam following which statements of the witnesses will be recorded,” said the public prosecutor BN Sharma.
Sharma submitted before the court that this case should be heard on priority so that justice gets delivered to the victims of Sanjeevani fraud scam to the earliest and they get their hard earned money back.
