Jagdish Arora, Executive Director I/c, CET inaugurated the second day of the CET Coordination meeting. In his address to TEAM CET, he emphasized the essential elements required to create a thriving and resilient organization. By prioritizing a strong knowledge base, delivering quality work, enhancing effectiveness, embracing simplicity, instilling ownership, promoting a thirst for learning, and nurturing networking opportunities, the organization is poised for sustained success and growth in a dynamic and competitive business landscape.
A road map for improving efficiency and developing synergy within Team CET was discussed to enable CET to effectively shoulder the crucial responsibilities in SAIL Projects and Expansion plan. Issues in major projects of SAIL steel plants were deliberated and strategies to mitigate these were formulated. Systemic improvements including digital interventions being implemented in CET were reviewed to strengthen capacity building.
